The Disabilities Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring our Participants are supported to achieve their goals as identified in their NDIS plans. Applying a person-centred approach, you will use your exceptional people skills, experience, and ability to think "outside of the box" to identify supports, services, and programs that will contribute to the Participant’s goal achievement. This role requires a calm, resilient nature, and qualities like attention to detail with the ability to accurately record data and perform research are essential.
You will build capacity and implement all supports in a participant's NDIS plan as well as report back to the NDIA on the outcome and goals as require.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the selection criteria outlined below:
