Job Title: Nursing Support Worker
Location: Clyde, Cranbourne & Dingley Village, Melbourne VIC
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: AUD $82,000 – $90,000 per annum + Superannuation
Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist nurses and healthcare professionals in implementing care plans.
• Measure and record temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
• Monitor health conditions and report changes.
• Support wound care, continence care and PEG feeding.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers and pressure care.
• Maintain infection prevention standards.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
Essential Requirements:
• Certificate in Individual Support, Health Services Assistance or Nursing-related studies or atleast 1 years clinical support experience or direct care experience in residential aged care, disability care, hospital, rehabilitation, or community care settings.
• Demonstrated experience assisting with:
• medication support
• clinical observations
• mobility and manual handling
• infection control
• personal care
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid, CPR and manual handling certification.
Desirable Attributes:
• Residential disability care experience.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.
