As a Registered Nurse you will play an integral role in caring for elderly clients by providing comprehensive clinical support and personalized care. Task & responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide professional nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Health Monitoring: Regularly observe, assess, and document clients' health status and report any changes.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review individual care plans to meet clients’ health and wellness goals.
• Personalized Assistance: Aid clientsin daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and meal assistance.
• Emotional Support: Offer companionship and engage clients in activities that improve well-being.
• Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and carers to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate health records and documentation per compliance requirements.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Nursing is required with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months full time or part time pro -rata experience in healthcare or a similar field.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and time management skills.
