Make sure to follow everything under defined care plans based on residents’ specific needs with a view to improve their quality of life.</li><li>Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.</li><li>Household Tasks: Help with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.</li><li>Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to foster social interaction and mental well-being.</li><li>Health Monitoring: Report any changes in health or behaviour to the office team.</li><li>Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments or social events.</li><li>Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided and report any concerns.</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul><li>Certificate III in Individual Support(preferred but not essential)</li><li>Atleast 1 Year Experience of the Field Necessary</li><li>Should Demonstrate working with High Behavioural Clients</li><li>Being bilingual is also desirable but not necessary</li><li>Current First Aid Certificate and CPR</li><li>Empathy, patience, and respect for the individuality of those you care for</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with care teams</li><li>Understanding of aged care and disability issues</li><li>The right to work unrestricted in Australia (evidence required).</li><li>A current National Police Records Check, dated within the last 3 months (or willingness to apply).</li><li>A Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply).</li><li>A NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to apply).</li><li>A current SA driver's license and reliable Vehicle</li><li>Minimum of 2 doses COVID 19 Vaccine</li></ul>
