<p>We are looking for full-time Aged or Disabled carers to join our team.</p><br><h3>Benefits</h3><p><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">The positions offered are full-time with salary of $80,000 plus superannuation</span>&nbsp;</p><br><h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Providing different clients with customised personal care and support.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Assisting clients in daily activities, personal hygiene and dressing tasks.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Assisting clients with daily household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and maintaining their homes.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Assisting clients with social, recreational and community participation.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Maintaining a working understanding of the cultural, diversity and accessibility needs of clients and how this applies to the role.</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Responsibility for helping clients access or build connections in the community or organising assisted travel.</span>&nbsp;</li></ul><br><h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Minimum of 1 year of experience</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Minimum Cert III in Disability, Aged Care and Individual support or relevant qualifications</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required) or be willing to obtain one</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Good communication skills</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Professional and enthusiastic attitude&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Manual Handling Certificate (desirable)</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)</span>&nbsp;</li><li><span lang="EN-US" dir="ltr">Working with Children (desirable)</span>&nbsp;</li></ul>
